    Description

    Industrial Salesman Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as technical knowledge of industrial equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales of air compressors, high-pressure cleaners, air pumps, air tools, and power generators
    • Cold calling and customer visits to promote our products
    • Aftermarket sales and product support to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
    • Maintenance of asset registers and CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
    • Reporting on sales performance and customer relationships

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification or equivalent
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in sales and marketing or a technical field
    • At least 5 years' experience in technical equipment sales, with a focus on industrial air compressors an advantage
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
    • Valid Code 08 driver's license and ability to travel extensively
