Gauteng, Midrand- Monthly Basic Plus Commission (Market related)
We are looking for a Selling Sales Manager to join a dealership in Midrand.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
- Taking a handson approach in supporting vehicle sales executives to meet their targets
- Contribute to vehicle sales
- Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e.g. for pricing), and ensuring these are implemented
- Engaging in active marketing and stock management
- Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
- Working closely with the vehicle sales team to ensure the dealership meets its predetermined sales target
Requirements & Skills needed:
- Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
- Experience in a management position
- Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performanceoriented approach
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new vehicle sales targets
- Energetic
- Ability to recognize extra
- Ability to market brands an execute interventions that produce results
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
- Drives license
- Grade 12 or higher qualification
