We are seeking a number of experienced and tenured contact center team leaders. You will be leading a team of approximately 15 consultants completing lead generation for our Financial services tier-one clients.Job brief
We are looking for a number of Team Leaders to support our acquisitions department. We are a high-impact, rapid-progression organization.
Your main administrative duties include recording attendance, and performance and ensuring compliance, and ensuring the consumers we are contacting are receiving service excellence.
Tasks
- Lead, motivate and support your team
- Manage attendance and nonattendance
- Relevant generation of reporting and presentation to the management team
- Work in conjunction with the company policies
- Liaise with relevant internal colleagues where applicable
- Following internal escalations where applicable timeously
- Ensure your team received relevant support to excel and progress
Requirements:
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience in a compliant environment
- Thorough knowledge of the Popi act and data protection laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Previous experience at a tierone or tiertwo contact center at a management level for a minimum of two years
Salary:
R8 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
