TheSpecialist:
Incident Management will be responsible for logging and owning issue resolution follow up and communication, impact analysis and reporting on incident escalated to the Nerve Centre with the end view of enhancing the customer operations service delivery.
The Specialist:
Incident Management ensure that issues are escalated to there relevant incident management teams, that they are present in all crit sits and that issues are resolved, and Root Cause Analysis reports generated by the various incident and service management teams.
Ensure adherence to Service Levels.The Specialist Incident Management specialist is also responsible for activating the Nerve Centre emergency management plan for CXO.
