    Job Description

    To ensure the JSE's systems are developed and implemented with a clear understanding of business requirements, enabling achievement of business strategy.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Conduct planning to optimize cost budgets for projects
    • Craft IT business plans to deliver focus areas for the year in support of IT strategy
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
    • Raise efficiency by eliciting, analyzing, and optimizing business requirements
    • Apply cost-effectiveness principles in planning and delivery to achieve divisional financial targets

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Science, or Engineering
    • Business Analyst Certification from a reputable institution
    • Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst
    • Experience in Equities, Bonds, or Derivatives trading is an advantage
    • Experience working in Agile environments
