    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ERP Systems Support Specialist.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and maintenance for ERP systems, including SAP, Evolve, and Xperteck.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and analyze recurring problems to ensure smooth system operations.
    • Maintain data integrity and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Manage supplier relationships and contribute to system improvements.
    • Maintain knowledge bases and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology: System Support or similar.
    • SAP Hana and Business 1 proficiency.
    • At least 5 years of experience in system support within a customer-facing environment.
    • Strong database, reporting, and query tools knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities and build strong business relationships.
    • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
