    The purpose of this role is to provide financial support to the business units in Lim Personnel, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Manager to optimize financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Financial Manager to develop and implement budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to statutory financial legislation, IFRS, and company policies, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • B Compt. with completed articles or 3 years practical experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
    • Advanced excel skills and knowledge of Great Plains are advantageous.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
