Food and Beverage Manager/Deputy General Manager 4 Star Plus Game Lodge Modimolle
Very busy up-market conference and wedding venue/Game Lodge is looking to hire a Food & Beverage Manager.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, entrepreneurial Food & Beverage Manager with - 7 years' management experience in senior positions within small - medium size 4 & 5 star Hotels.

Must have good management skills and must be very hands-on. Have very high personal standards and a keen eye for the smallest detail. You should be dedicated, hardworking, resilient, friendly and passionate about hospitality and especially Food and Beverage.

Very Strong administratively and enjoy training and developing the Team around you.

Be familiar with all of the day to day requirement of running a 4 Star 40 Bedroomed Game Lodge with all round knowledge of each department and function.

Fast-tracked to GM within 2 to 3 Years if strong enough.


EDUCATION:
Minimum requirement - A diploma in hotel management is a must. Excellent computer system skills. Familiar with Semper PMS an advantage. Must demonstrate unparalleled passion for the hospitality industry. Salary Live-In plus benefits and incentives. Available immediately would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
