We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Hostess to join our team.


Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Matric
  • Post Matric qualification in Hospitality will be advantageous
  • 12 years Front of House/frontline experience


  • Computer literate

  • MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to multitask between handling the busy booking enquiries and takeaway order requests
  • Highly selfmotivated and team oriented
  • Good problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Innovative
  • Approachable and presentable
  • Excellent conflict handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to create reports
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems

Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month
