Requirements:

Matric Required.
2 years of experience as debt collector / retentions / insurance agents.
Knowledge of credit bureaus and listings processes.
Core Competencies. Computer literacy
Ability to work independently towards a target
Strong negotiation skills
Selfmotivated, driven with a competitive nature and strong mental attitude.
Ability to manage pressure, targets and tight deadlines.
Impeccable work ethic and time keeping.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Keep tracking outstanding arrangements.
Plan course of action to recover premiums.
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans

Update policy status and database regularly

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
R4, R5,500.00 per month
