The manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production of Juice and Water products, which includes:

• Managing the floor manager, team, mixing manager, and mixing team
• Ensuring productivity of all lines
• Controlling waste
• Maintaining cleanliness of production areas and lines
• Overseeing staff training to ensure optimal performance of line workers
• Planning and ensuring effective stock levels
• Overseeing maintenance of equipment and machines
• Managing start and stop times to ensure optimal production
• Monitoring yield of batches to avoid loss from the mixing tank to the final product wrapping
• Managing challenges and implementing SOP's to ensure they are followed at all times
• Maintaining a friendly and disciplined working environment (lablike environment)
• Taking a handson approach to problemsolving and maintaining excellent communication with the team
• Overseeing effective communication between Production, QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales
• Planning production and managing the raw materials needed for the product.
