GENERAL JOB PURPOSE
Management of the preparation centre facility, resources and budget and ensure professional service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the preparation centre facility by:
- Conducting budget planning and budget management process
- Implementation of risk management and risk control measures
- Management of assets and stock control
- Responsible for the ordering process of coffins and funeral related products from the Factory
- Implementation of audit processes and guidelines in line with the Group's audit policies.
- Ensure the compliance with relevant legislation and reporting of any incidents
- Management and control of the Fleet
- Responsible for fixed properties and project management of the facility
- Ensure all health and safety requirement are met and liaise with the relevant authorities on compliance (OHS)
- Responsible for Stake holder management
- Communicate changes and implementation of new initiatives with Funeral Agencies on a regular basis
- Manage and lead the administration function
- Responsible for monthly reports
- Responsible for management and performance management of staff
- Promoting the image of AVBOB
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Valid Driver's licence
- 34 Years management experience
- Knowledge of the funeral industry
- Computer Literate
