Description

The Group CFO heads up a small team (including a Group FM) providing services to companies in the group.

While there is a strong emphasis on operational financial management, specifically for the manufacturing companies, managing the preparation of timely, accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements remains a significant part of the job.

Cash flow management and managing all statutory returns, tax compliance are standard with the role. In consultation with group companies assist in the ongoing development of IT systems. Managing relationships with bankers and ad hoc financial consultations with group companies and CEOs.

The position reports to the Group CEO as wels as the CEOs of the operating companies
