We are hiring Interns to join our Global Resourcing Centre of Excellence

This program is designed to expose you to international recruitment markets in healthcare staffing and develop your skill and competence in our industry.

You will join a 3-month structured program that is designed to develop your technical skill and behavioural competence which will stand you head and shoulders above your peers in the recruitment industry globally.

Your pathway throughout the program is supported by Senior Leaders in the business and you will have the opportunity to graduate and interact with our world-class business and teams in APAC and Global team.

We will fast track you towards international staffing stardom, and you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting highly skilled healthcare professionals for placement in the China or Japan.

We are looking for job seekers that are curious by nature, who have the initiative and creativity to think out of the box.

Resilient people who are ready to learn, who want to win and have a strong work ethic.

This role is dynamic and requires a combination of learning, practical's, research, sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills and a hard-working attitude to contribute to your overall success.

You just need to show up and immerse yourself.

What you can expect:

1.

Talent Sourcing:

Experiment with Boolean search string construction and find those hidden gems
Analyse data to refine your approach and improve your search results.
You will be coached, mentored, and supported to hit weekly performance metrics (just like the real world)

2.

Relationship building and selling:

Build a healthy and highquality network and pipeline of healthcare professionals internationally.
You will be coached, mentored, and supported to hit weekly performance metrics (just like the real world)

3.

Market Research and Mapping:

Learn and conduct competitor market maps in the industry.
Learn how to interpret your findings and share this intelligence with you mentor and fellow interns

4.

Collaboration and teamwork:

Learning how to operate and behave appropriately in a business environment can be daunting. You will develop your skills in the program that will help you to show up every day.
We believe that as a team we will always go further when we are together. Learn how to engage with your team members, collaborate and share.
You will learn skills such as active listening and how to problem solve.

The program is open to anyone that has the right attitude and wants to win.

The only qualification that you need to be eligible is to have completed your secondary education and have an excellent grasp of the English and Chinese language.

Computer literacy is also essential.
