    Finance Administrator (Events Industry)

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our event booking team in Brooklyn.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client accounts
    • Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and booking details are captured accurately
    • Manage all administrative tasks related to event coordination, including data entry and document handling
    • Ensure VAT compliance and accurate record-keeping for financial transactions

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting (Debtors, Creditors, or related accounting tasks)
    • Experience in direct client engagement
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office experience specifically strong Excel proficiency
    • Understanding of VAT processes and requirements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Own vehicle essential
