Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in operating a Warehouse Management System and proficient in computer literacy.

Key Performance Areas

• Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, dispatch, and quality control of goods consumables.
• Manage and supervise warehouse personnel.
• Ensure housekeeping, tidiness, and order.
• Manage full procurement function.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, procure new products, access market trends, ensure and manage timely ordering, lead time, pricing, stock levels using a stock replenishment ordering system.
• Review, supervise picking and packing per delivery notes and sales orders, including physical moving of goods.
• Take ownership of final verification and sign-off of all received and dispatched goods
• Manage vehicle and forklift inspections and provide accurate and timeous communication of any damages or maintenance requirements.
• Manage and participate in standby schedules, including weekends.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and stock checks.
• Manage obsolete stock and returns hereof to suppliers.
