    Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the efficient operation of our store and deliver exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To assist the Store Manager in driving sales and building customer loyalty, ensuring a competitive advantage for the brand.
    • To execute operational activities efficiently, including expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping, and administration.
    • To ensure in-store visual merchandising meets promotional standards and maintains the appearance of the store according to the brand image.
    • To support staff motivation and performance goal achievement in the absence of the Store Manager.
    • To maintain the work schedule daily, following the Group's labour policy and relevant labour model.
    • To execute customer service initiatives resulting in a great customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets.
    • To attend to administrative responsibilities efficiently, including time and attendance records submission to HR.
    • To support the company's vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%)
    • Degree in Relevant Retail/Business Management (desirable)
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment or successful completion of the Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme
    • Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.)

    Essential Skills:

    • Knowledge of stock, cost, risk, and compliance management procedures
