THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE


Do you want to work for a very well-known and highly regarded Motor Group and be at the centre of Cape Town's Motor Dealership hub? We have a great opportunity for a customer orientated individual who has at least 2 years of service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership.

You will be responsible for extensive customer and workshop liaison, quotes, upselling extras, and administration. Working knowledge of a motor industry related DMS is essential.

This is an extremely busy and fast paced environment, thus it will be required of you to book in a large number of vehicles, keep on top of the workshop team and liaise with multiple clients at once daily.


Job Requirements
Must have at least 2 years RECENT Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership

Ability to work in an extremely busy and fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of a DMS

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references
