Coco Spa @ The Regent is a luxury spa that offers an urban sanctuary for those seeking a pampering refuge of calm, health, and serenity. At Coco Spa, the concept of wellness within the city comes alive.

Our luxury spa includes four ambient rooms hosting treatments inspired by ancient therapeutic massage healing and thalassotherapy, blending African, Asian, and Greek techniques. We also offer a wide variety of beauty treatments, including:

Beauty Treatments

• Luxury nail treatments: nail extensions, manicure, pedicure using gel or regular polish
• Specialised waxing services
• Makeup

Key Performance Areas

Sales

• Retail at least 30% of turnover monthly
• Promote available services and special promotions
• Prescribe homecare products to each guest
• Follow up with regular clients and encourage them to return

Customer Service

• Deal efficiently with problems if the manager is not available
• Tour potential guests as required
• Ensure guest satisfaction and professional service
• Interact courteously with members and guests
• Collect Consultation Cards before commencing treatment
• Collect Comment Cards after treatments

Treatment Standards & Procedures

• Perform expected quota of treatments monthly
• Participate in staff training for spa operations, services, and retail sales
• Perform treatments according to standards set out in Standards & Procedures Manual
• Communicate appointments to other spa staff where necessary
• Prepare treatment rooms in advance for booked treatments
• Perform manicures and pedicures according to clients' preferences
• Provide nail treatments, such as shaping, cuticle care, and moisturising
• Apply gel, acrylic, or artificial nail enhancements as requested
• Offer nail art designs and customisation options
• Educate clients on nail care practices and recommend products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
• Maintain inventory of nail products and communicate restocking needs to management
• Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Adherence to Policies, Standards & Values

• Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the Spa at all times
• Aware of schedule and time keeping at all times
• Ensure ample supply of products in each room
• Report products needing to be ordered to Manager
• Ensure the Spa is in peak condition at all times
• Immaculate personal presentation at all times
• Maintain positive team spirit
• Assist all members of staff if requested
• Keep commission summaries up to date and correct

Inherent Job Requirements

• Work 45 hours per week, Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays, as per schedule
• Work a minimum of 3 or 4 weekends per month, depending on the length of month
