Role outline
We are currently seeking a professional Administrator to join our team.

The goal of the Administrator role is to handle the administrative tasks involved in providing high quality training to our students.

The key duties of the role are managing and performing data entry processes, handling administrative activities, helping to maintain regulatory compliance, and providing customer service and sales support as necessary.


Working remotely, the Administrator will be responsible for handling and facilitating the back-end processes which ensure our students and trainers achieve their goals, while meeting all of our mandated timelines and regulatory requirements.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Data entry, filing and archiving through digital tracking systems and document scanning.
  • Quality checking of documents, including tracking, managing and helping to resolve issues.
  • Using student management systems and other internal processes to enter, record and report student and training data.
  • Assisting with incoming calls and providing customer service to potential and current students.
  • Assisting with reception duties over lunch breaks and other peak times.
  • Ensuring all data entry, recording and reporting duties are done in accordance with the timelines and criteria set by management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assisting with other reasonable responsibilities and duties as determined by management from time to time.

Skills and experience:


  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent computing skills, including at least intermediate Excel experience
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A friendly and professional manner, and excellent presentation
  • Full work rights within Australia
  • A wellness to learn new systems

Salary:
R12, R18,000.00 per month
