Ensure correct costs are allocated to the correct item code/GL account
Ensure vendor reconciliations are complete and accurate for payment
Ensure vendor reconciliations are complete and accurate for payment
Ensure reconciliation is authorised for payment
Ensure invoices are accurate, valid and compliant
Check SARS compliance of all vendor invoices
Check accuracy against authorised rate sheets
Complete and maintaining of vendor information/card
Ensure VAT numbers are correct as per SARS
Vendor relationships
Ensure cordial relationships with internal and external vendors and/or suppliers to the benefit of the company

Qualifications:

Relevant Qualification/Degree needed
