Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Handle client queries expeditiously and ensure that high level service is provided
- Assist clients navigate the dashboard for funding, withdrawals, etc.
- Handle technical queries related to the Metatrader 4 platform
- Handle client FICA documents and other information in line with KYC, AML and POPIA
- Promote available products and services to clients
- Liaise effectively with other departments as required
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the FSCA's Conduct Rules.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Attendance to all training and regulatory meetings and training seminars that are scheduled by your manager.
Requirements:
- FSCA approved qualification (advantageous)
- Experience in the FX and CFD brokerage industry (preferred)
- Client handling experience in the financial services sector (preferred)
- Excellent computer literacy
- Able to multitask and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines in a fastpaced and busy business environment

- Ability to be highly tolerance and patient when dealing with demanding clients
- Ability to competently perform independently and as part of a team
Salary:
R12 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
