    About the Role

    This is a critical and senior role in our Procurement team to enable IWG to meet its strategic objectives of sustainably growing our network and improving our profit margin. We are looking for Global Procurement Process and Technology experts to augment our Procurement Platform Team. Our Procurement Platform team members focus on functions or services that cut across all spend/ procurement categories, as well as the wider organisation and support the successful delivery of spend/procurement category objectives and profitability.

    Key objectives for this team are to continuously improve Procurement processes and technology to meet these objectives:

  • Successfully lockdown suppliers used
  • Drive Purchase Order compliance and improve benchmarks accuracy
  • Pay suppliers consistently in line with payment schedule
  • Increased AP productivity through touchless invoicingSpecific accountabilities
  • Provide services, resources, or support that are utilised across multiple Categories to ensure seamless operation and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Drive the implementation of standard processes, policies, and systems across all Categories to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Ensure all Categories adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and standards through audits, checks, or other forms of compliance monitoring.
  • Act as a bridge between Categories, facilitating communication, aligning goals, and resolving conflicts or discrepancies.
  • Oversee the utilisation of resources shared across multiple Categories, such as data, software systems, or physical resources.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, efficiencies, or innovations that can benefit multiple Categories.
  • Assess and mitigate risks that could impact multiple Categories or the organisation as a whole.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on performance data across multiple Categories, using these insights to drive improvements and align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor trends, changes, or conditions that could impact multiple Categories, adjusting strategies or policies accordingly.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure that the services provided align with these needs and contribute to overall organisational objectives.
