Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated recruiter who will be responsible for the internal recruitment of software and e-commerce-based roles such as project managers, project coordinators, Web-Developers, System-Developers, etc.

The role will include working closely with our leadership team.

In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional, and organised with excellent communication and relevant recruitment experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • National diploma or degree in human resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) specifically in the software and ecommerce industries
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes
  • Ability to organize and manage skills assessments
  • Familiarity with HR management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
