    Job Title: Vehicle Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator

    • Fluent in English reading and writing (we will test your skills)
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Vehicle Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator role is required.
    • You must have your own transport and a valid driver's license.
    • No criminal record is acceptable.
    • Contactable references and an accurate work history are necessary.
    • A Grade 12 qualification is essential.
    • Preferably, you should reside in Roodepoort, Randburg, or Fourways and surrounding areas.
    • Familiarity with the vehicle industry and its terminology is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required (we will test your skills).
    • A positive 'can-do' attitude is crucial for success in this role.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with administrative documentation.
    • Act as a Personal Assistant to the Director.
    • Manage the diary and appointments effectively.
    • Maintain a proactive approach at all times.
    • Perform various administrative tasks and filing duties, including digital management.
    • Cross-border experience is desirable but not essential.
    • Produce monthly reports and other related tasks.
    • Utilize knowledge of the vehicle industry and its terminology to excel in this role.

    Package and Benefits:

    • The salary range for this position is R20,000 - R25,000 per month.
