Job Summary

A contact center agent is needed to work night shifts in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or telemarketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage time effectively during contacts while maintaining quality objectives.
Demonstrate active listening, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to delivering added value in each interaction.
Achieve resolutions within the first contact whenever possible and escalate assertively when necessary.
Utilize common sense and critical thinking to make informed decisions.

Prioritize continuous improvement and implement agreed-upon actions with management in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies as defined by the company and its clients.
Report incidents or events that hinder job performance to immediate superiors immediately.
Notify immediate superiors or management of incidents or events that pose a risk to staff safety, client safety, or company integrity.
Perform tasks assigned by immediate supervisors as requested.
