We are a leading hotel group in South Africa, seeking a professional and customer-focused Barman to join our team.

As a Barman, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality service, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and engage with guests in a positive, attentive and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness in bar areas.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on drink preferences.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using the venue's point of sale system.

Requirements and Skills:

• Matric qualification.
• Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Energetic and dynamic, capable of handling the demands of working in a remote, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
