This role is based in Johannesburg and is a full-time position.

You will be expected to go into our pharmacy 3-5 days a week and you will be expected to come into the office 1-3 times a week.

What you'll be doing day to day:

-
ECommerce:

Update shop order sheet daily and send out order communication
Assist with communicating with members regarding orders
Assist with maintaining all courier relationships and flows.
Assist with product descriptions and operations initiatives for the Zoie shop
Assist on WooCommerce regarding all ecommerce related tasks
Assist with dispatches preparing, packing and shipping Zoie shop orders on a daily basis
Assist in regular stock takes, quality checks and sorting of Zoie shop items
Assist with ad hoc pharmacy/shop tasks
Keeping uptodate with digital technology and women's health and wellness trends
Assisting with ad hoc operational administrative tasks

Strong work ethic and a fast learner. We work exceptionally quickly at Zoie Health, this fast paced environment requires you to pick up and master tasks quickly. In addition, you should have a willingness to help participate on projects no matter how large or small with a positive attitude and the ability to learn on the go.

Organised, structured and methodical mindset. Ability to prioritise and plan work, multi-task, meet schedules, resolve problems and think creatively.

Exceptional communication skills. You can communicate excellently across various platforms with team members.

Must have
-
Fully completed NQF 6 or NQF 7 qualification in a field related to sales, marketing, operations and/or administration.

Nice to have

Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or startup environment
Experience in WooCommerce
Experience in ECommerce in general and/or logistics
Experience in the healthcare field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Slack and Trello
