Infrastructure Manager

An excellent opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager to join a property management company situated in Durbanville, Cape Town.


Responsibilities

  • Technical coordination and inspection of projects and development activities.
  • Develop a project scope, implement the guidelines and processes to ensure effective planning is applied for all repairs & maintenance, renovations and construction work.
  • Initiates and informs of the programs, projects and infrastructure plan.
  • Contingency and risk management.
  • Evaluate quotes and authorise works according to budgets & agreed scope of works
  • Oversee and direct projects from conception to completion across different locations

Requirements:


  • Relevant degree (Technical/Engineering degree)
  • Project, maintenance management and technical experience.
  • Experience with new developments and comfortable with new building takeon's
