    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Package Lead: Concentrator to oversee and optimize the concentrator operations at our mining site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mineral processing, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the concentrator plant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the concentrator team, ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate the concentrator processes to maximize efficiency, throughput, and recovery rates. Implement improvements and troubleshooting strategies as necessary.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the concentrator operations. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
    • Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
    • Enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on concentrator performance, operational issues, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient operation and adherence to budget constraints.
    • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in mineral processing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of concentrator processes, equipment, and technologies.
    • Experience with process control systems and data analysis tools is preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a mining environment.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions and priorities.

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
