Description
Our client is a well-known brand franchise dealership with a very busy Service Department.

You will be the first point of contact for the client and your main function is to make bookings for client's vehicles for services and repairs.

Requirements:

Matric minimum qualification
2 to 3 years experience as Bookings Clerk / Service Reception / Service Advisor at a specific brand of franchise dealership (this is regretfully not negotiable)
Computer literacy to include Kerridge / Evolve / Automate
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Ability to work in a team and have high customer service skills
