Hospitality Manager
Legacy Yard is looking for a hands on Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Operations visible presence on the floor, meeting, greeting customers and directing staff.

Customer Relations

Complaint handling, feedback reports, elevate customer experience.
Purchasing and stock control performing stocktakes, spot checking deliveries assessing quality, quantity against invoices, compiling orders etc.

Administrative Tasks

Finance, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing/Promotions
Training & Development conducting training needs analysis, providing on the job training.
Hygiene, Health & Safety
HACCP, Fire Walks etc.

Requirements:

Be passionate and enthusiastic about the role
Enjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experience
Encourage the development of your team through excellent communication and organizational skills
Have a cando attitude to continually assess the needs of the business
Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment,
Have a genuine interest in good quality food, presentation and merchandising
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 23 years recent experience in a Management/Supervisory level within a food environment
