About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in Lephalale, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create classic and innovative cocktails for guests with strong knowledge of mixology.
• Prioritize excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a memorable experience.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment, is highly valued.
• Bartending training and certification, such as TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification, are advantageous.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy items (up to 40 lbs), and perform physical activities such as bending and stooping.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to remain composed under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in bartending.
