Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, organize, and execute audits in accordance with established audit protocols and schedules.
• Lead and manage audit assignments, including conducting field assessments, reviewing documentation, and compiling audit findings.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks, formulating strategies to address and mitigate them.
• Assess the efficiency of internal controls and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Engage with clients to gain insights into their operational processes and deliver valuable recommendations.
• Remain informed about industry regulations and best practices in the auditing field.
• Oversee and mentor audit team members, offering guidance and support for their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CA (SA) or CIA.
• A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in audit software and the Microsoft Office suite.
