Description

Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert/Receptionist at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our property. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and providing support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of customer service standards, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide support to our team members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and to resolve guest issues.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our property's services, amenities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
