    Description

    Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the Agricultural Training and Development field. They are looking for a Academic Manger to join their team.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Tertiary degree in Agriculture
    • Computer literate
    • Comprehensive understanding of pedagogical principles and academic management practices
    • Understanding of the SAQA, SETA and QCTO processes
    • Necessary management- and leadership skills to lead an Academic Training Department
    • Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans

    Responsibilities:

    • Targeted management of the academic training functions, online and residential
    • Development of existing and new training programs
    • Guidance and advice to satellite campuses
    • Act as Moderator
    • Student communication and liaison
    • Professional development of facilitators to ensure high-quality training
    • Planning, coordination and control of projects
    • Liaison with existing clients to whom we provide a training service

    Salary : R R30 000 depending on experience and qualification
