    Job Description:

    The Property & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the effective management of all properties owned by the company and its subsidiaries. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries
    • Coordinate all property maintenance requirements, including repairs and renovations
    • Respond to tenant queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Oversee building contractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet service level agreements
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations
    • Manage insurance claims and ensure prompt resolution
    • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on a regular basis

    Reports To:

    1. Group Operations & Maintenance Manager
    2. Asset Manager
    3. Chief Operating Officer

    Supervises:

    1. Building Managers
    2. Company employed Site Staff
