    Duties & Responsibilities of a Senior Store Manager:

    1. Oversee the overall operation of PEDROS restaurants/take-aways, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
    2. Maintain high standards of food quality and adhere to PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures.
    3. Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
    4. Respond promptly to customer complaints, resolving issues while maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
    5. Strive for maximum profitability, meeting sales and Gross Profit Percentage (GP%) targets by motivating staff to achieve their best.
    6. Lead and manage store teams, addressing discipline and work roster matters as needed.
    7. Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and success, promoting a positive team culture.
    8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers alike.
