This highly acclaimed Hotel prides itself on being a respected & progressive employer brand, celebrated for our investment in employee wellness, the broader community & the environment.

We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to provide an HR generalist service. Focusing in on IR and Employment Equity.


Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Management of all activities to ensure compliance with employment equity legislation and company policies and processes.
  • Management of all IR processes including management training, worker's committee meetings, disciplinary and grievance processes and reporting
  • Assist with talent acquisition to obtain the best industry talent and ensure staff have memorable experiences whilst working at the hotel.
  • Lead with HR projects
  • Join the wellness committee and assist with the implementation of wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree)
years' experience in a similar role in a similar sized business

  • MS Office proficiency at intermediate level
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300 People (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of labour legislation and knowledge and exposure to processes associated with the management of BBBEE is advantageous.
