    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services, including sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
    • Set realistic targets for the sales department, aligning with company objectives
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop cohesive strategies
    • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics, identifying areas for improvement
    • Analyze business trends, including monthly sales rates and market fluctuations
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
    • Ensure the sales team is informed of business targets and motivated to achieve success
    • Identify prospective customers and new target segments to expand the customer base

    Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a sales consultant, with a track record of success
    • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS
    • Familiarity with CRM programs and ability to gather and interpret data
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
