Job Vacancy - Professional Architect

TOP TOYO INVESTMENTS is an property development company that based on Sandton, Johannesburg.

Requirements:

Have a Master's or equivalent professional degree in Architecture.
Be registered with the relevant bodies to be able to sign building plans.
Have 10 years experience in architectural design, design development, construction documentation, municipal approvals, and detailing in the hotel.
Be proficient with Revit.
Have a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
Have strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time.
Be able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction.
Have great interpersonal communication skills.
Be fluent in English.
Own vehicle to do site visits and visit manufacturers in the Sandton area.

Duties

Form part of the design and construction team.
Develop architectural concepts all the way to construction (Architectural and Construction drawing sets).
Coordinate with relevant partners (Architecture, Structure, Services).
Approval of building plans, inspections during construction, and contract administration.
