We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant for our world class team who can authentically share our premium coffee by creating meaningful and memorable coffee moments.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a coffee expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the customer.
Welcome customers and identify their needs.
Advise both existing and new customers about Nespresso's amazing products and services.
Maintain a proactive approach towards customers.
Create coffee moments

- share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with customers.

Contribute. Whether we need help cleaning, organizing stock or need a new innovative way to do things.

Requirements:

12 years sales and customerfacing service experience in a premium environment
Completed Matric
Excellent communication skills in English
Flexible to work selected shifts (including working weekends and public holidays)
Required to work on a parttime basis 108 hours.
