Purpose of the Role

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities from new and existing
customers.

  • Demos and Presentations
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Proposals, RFP, Business Case Writing, ROI
  • Attend conferences and promote current solutions.
  • Hosting webinars to demonstrate product updates and new features.
  • Researching industry market trends

Account Management

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Account Review Meetings
  • Gather Client Feedback
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and
making recommendations to management

  • Complete Licensing Renewals, True-Ups, Quotes and Invoice Processing
  • Consulting on business requirements and strategic objectives
  • Upsell

Vendor Management

  • Attend partner meetings and webinars
  • Building vendor relationships

CRM

  • Capture all contacts, leads, opportunities, and quotes on Dynamics 36
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365
Reporting

  • Build PowerBI Dashboards and Reports
  • Weekly/Monthly reports on opportunities and account review meetings

cooperate with key stakeholders inside/ outside the organization and maintain such a relationship over time towards the achievement of objectives.

Specific Requirements

  • Own transport and must be able to travel to customers
  • Knowledge of IT platforms such as networks, Microsoft platforms and Cloud services

Qualifications
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

Strong written and verbal communication skills


Salary:
R40 000,00 per month
