Purpose of the Role
Responsibilities
Sales
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities from new and existing
- Demos and Presentations
- Marketing Campaigns
- Proposals, RFP, Business Case Writing, ROI
- Attend conferences and promote current solutions.
- Hosting webinars to demonstrate product updates and new features.
- Researching industry market trends
Account Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Account Review Meetings
- Gather Client Feedback
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and
- Complete Licensing Renewals, True-Ups, Quotes and Invoice Processing
- Consulting on business requirements and strategic objectives
- Upsell
Vendor Management
- Attend partner meetings and webinars
- Building vendor relationships
CRM
- Capture all contacts, leads, opportunities, and quotes on Dynamics 36
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365
- Build PowerBI Dashboards and Reports
- Weekly/Monthly reports on opportunities and account review meetings

Qualifications
2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
R40 000,00 per month
