    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to join our dynamic team. As the head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all Housekeeping standards, ensuring high service levels and guest satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Housekeeping Department: Oversee the efficient management of the Housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Cordinate Activities: Coordinate activities, duties, and tasks with other departments to provide services in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Liaison and Communication: Ensure effective liaison between Reservations, Front office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments.
    • Quality Control: Investigate complaints about services and equipment, and take corrective action to ensure high-quality services.
    • Maintenance and Inspections: Inspect and evaluate the physical conditions of facilities to determine the type of work required.
    • Cleaning and Organization: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of lost property and inventory management.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Applicable tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the same or similar position.
    • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and OPERA or similar PMS experience.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, we encourage you to apply.
