Job title: 1x Admin Officer

Description

Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the department by ensuring proper records of customers, inspection, and approvals are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in office administration or related qualification and at least 2 years of experience in an office administration role.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Provide exceptional customer service
Conduct inspections and gather data
Develop and implement administrative processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience in office administration is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
