Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential prospects and generate a database of leads
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers
Present the benefits and features of our products or services to prospects
Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition and arranging suitable meeting times
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies, provide feedback, and optimize the appointment generation process
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively
Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
