    Description

    Job Title: Senior HR Manager

    We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Manager to oversee key functions within the Corporate Administration and HR department.

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, general affairs, and payroll management for a diverse, multinational workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily HR operations and administrative functions.
    • Maintain and update employee records on the HRIS.
    • Oversee payroll preparation and liaise with the outsourced payroll service provider.
    • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
    • Handle employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage grievance and complaint procedures.
    • Support corporate administration functions as required.
    • Conduct initial orientation for new hires.
    • Facilitate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant HR related degree (Honours or Masters preferred).
    • 8 or more years of experience as an HR Manager at Executive level.
    • Proven expertise in human resources, general affairs, and payroll management for a diverse, multinational workforce.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
