• NQF Level 2 Electrical Technician
• ORHVS Certificate
• General Metering
• Valid Driver's License

• Knowledge of electricity metering configuration
• Basic understanding of electricity, specifically to kWh and KVA

• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

• Complete residential meter commissioning as soon as incident has been received.
• Update system and send residential incident back to administration.

• Billing run*
• Residential & Commercial
• Do specific zone manual readings as requested.
• Do maintenance on site if necessary / possible.
• Upload reading upload photo if required.

• Do daily check for faults
• Identify reading outstanding longer than two days and plan for maintenance.
• Document maintenance recurring more than three times.
• Resolve problem in case of communication.
