    Infrastructure Support Engineer - Cloud and LINUX Expert

    We are a leading provider of cloud Contact Center and CRM solutions, operating in Southern Africa and renowned for implementing cutting-edge technology.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the maintenance, growth, and support of our cloud infrastructure, delivering top-notch services to key clients. If you are passionate about cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional support, this opportunity is perfect for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance and growth of cloud infrastructure
    • Delivery of high-quality services to clients

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years' experience in a similar role
    • Expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Vmware Vsphere / ESXi, Firewall / Security, Networking / Diagnostic / Wireshark, Backup and Recovery, Internet Information Services (IIS), Disaster Recovery/Risk Management
    • Ambitious individual with a proven track record of accuracy, willingness to learn, curiosity, and proactivity

    Qualifications:

    • National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Degree/Diploma
    • Linux Certification (Linux Certified Professional or similar)

    This position offers an attractive salary of up to R570k per annum.
