    Marketing Coordinator

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing marketing campaigns, as well as supporting all marketing initiatives and admin tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and create marketing materials and post on social media platforms
    • Support marketing initiatives and manage marketing admin tasks
    • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
    • Devise and maintain office filing systems
    • Preliminary drafting of correspondence on behalf of the manager
    • Delegating work in the manager's absence
    • Planning and organising meetings
    • Taking action points and writing minutes
    • Preparing papers for meetings
    • Planning and organising projects and events
    • Conducting research
    • Preparing presentations
    • Sourcing and ordering stationery and equipment
    • Create and update records and databases with products, personnel, financial, and other data
    • Support Admin & Finance functions
    • Manage company property portfolio
    • Assist manager with relevant personal duties

    Requirements:

    • Presentable and neat appearance
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English languages
    • Marketing qualification or relevant work experience
    • Admin qualification or relevant work experience
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Canva or other design software experience
    • Knowledge of Pastel Evolution (an advantage)
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with latest office and marketing trends
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Gr12 or tertiary degree

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
